Frequently Asked Questions

 Most asked questions

  • Primarily in North Phoenix, Scottsdale, Peoria, Glendale and Sun City.

If you’re located somewhere outside of these general areas, a travel fee might be added.

I don’t work in the South Phoenix / Downtown area.

  • Cash and Venmo.

  • It depends! But never hurts to ask.

 What To Expect

  • Massage therapists are professionally trained to guide you through your first session in a way that lets you stay focused on relaxing.

Your comfort is priority, feel free to make adjustments to your session at any time (ex: “I’m feeling a bit warm, can you turn on the fan?”).

The recommended pressure level for a first massage is medium. Working your way up to firmer pressure overtime is easier on the body.

  • Only disrobe to your comfort. Some keep under garments on, some remain completely clothed.

Keep in mind any area covered by garments must be considered a restricted area by massage therapists. Therefore, those areas may only be worked on over the sheet.

    • First, you want to make sure there is enough room. At least a 6'x10' area to ensure the therapist is able to move around the table.

    • It is recommended that you wear a robe to easily get on and off the table. Remember to remove jewelry and shower ahead of time.

    • You will not have to provide anything such as lotion or sheets. The massage therapist will arrive with everything they need to perform the service.

  • A mobile massage therapist typically arrives 15 - 30 minutes before the appointment time.

However, it is not uncommon for service providers to arrive 15-30 minutes past the appointment time. Although this is a rare occurrence, it’s still best to be prepared.

Be sure to set plenty of time aside for your massages.

  • This form is essential for receiving bodywork from anyone. Whether you are using a mobile service, going to a spa or seeing a private practitioner you will be filling an intake form. They are for record-keeping purposes in regard to your physical condition and informed consent.

 Before Booking

  • Primarily in the northwest valley and Scottsdale.

I do not travel to the East valley, but exceptions can be made. I do not travel to Central Phoenix either, no exceptions.

  • This service primarily travels in the Northwest valley.

Depending on your location, a travel fee may be required.

  • There are a few ways to book:

To book a couple or group massage, head to the page on this website labeled "Couples & Groups" to submit a completed form. You will be contacted within 24 hours.

  • Mobile massage is not limited to houses. Whether you are in a house, office, apartment or hotel, this service will come to you.

  • There is an additional $15 labor fee if your massage therapist is willing to carry their equipment upstairs. Therapists have a right to prioritize their safety over your massage. Same goes for their property and risk of liability. Do not expect to be allowed to carry the equipment yourself.

If you are located on a third floor and up without an elevator or personal massage table to use, this service cannot be provided.

  • Whether a session is provided indoors or outdoors is up to the massage therapist. Outdoor sessions are a great idea when the weather allows for it!

Payment & Cancellation

  • Payment is made after the service has been provided.

The only accepted payment is cash and venmo.

  • Tips are never expected but always appreciated. The typical tip for a massage ranges between 15% - 20%.

  • Please note that you have until the day prior to your appointment to cancel. Same day cancellations prompt a full charge for the services booked.
